Our organization represents over 800 real estate professionals in the Twin Ports and surrounding region, both in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Our volunteer leadership had a 2 day retreat and we hired Nikki and Michael to lead a half day training where we had DISC assessments of our leaders and then really tried to understand the unique styles within our leadership and how we can leverage this to move the organization forward. Nikki and Michael were extremely prepared, dynamic, and energetic. Our entire group was captivated throughout the training. They also add a super fun humor as a married couple who come at issues from unique perspective and styles. They have so many real world examples that made this extremely valuable.
