A Typical Training Day
The day is centered around your vision and what you want to create for your team or company. We ask questions so we can personalize everything to your needs. We are all about creating an inviting and engaging experience where hearts are open to learn and receive and where people can have great conversations that impact their workplace. The day is curated especially for you. Most people notice the little touches.
Our strong belief is when people feel respected, valued, and safe to share and learn they will do great things and grow into their greatness. We foster that in all of our trainings including the DISC Training Day. You get to choose the date, and time, but a typical training day runs from 8:00am to 3:30pm. We can amend this to fit what is best for you and your team, but that gives you an idea of the time period.
The days starts out with laying the foundations of DISC. Then we go over your individual assessments in groups so you can share with different team members what makes you great. You get to learn more about them too. The part where we look at individuals graphs and what energizes each person is always eye-opening. We also show the group your curated team graph and some ways to use it to be effective with one another. Finally, we end with some engaging games, and great conversations so you can take the material and right away apply it to win in your workplace with one another.

This report card uses the Gallup Q12 questions that measures employee engagement through strategic survey questions.This gives us and you a clear picture of what is going well and where there may be some areas for improvement.
