We are a husband and wife team who are human behavioral specialists, leadership coaches, and trainers. We started our business in 2015 and stand out now because of our expertise in developing capable leaders and building strong teams.
By incorporating human behavior and leadership principles, we’ve gained a reputation for fostering positive workplace cultures.
Our programs are engaging, full of energy, and fun. On Zoom or in-person, we emphasize practical skills that leaders can apply now. We also teach leadership by focusing on how people’s personalities and behaviors affect their work.
The two of us are complete opposites in every aspect. We train as a duo to provide a live demonstration of diverse personalities and leadership skills, and our trainees reap the benefits. It’s a key part of what we call The Metamorphosis Difference™. We model the differences that contribute to healthy and strong teams. Trainees see it and learn.

Meet Michael
Michael loves structure, is factual, and all about processes.
With an engineering background and Doctorate in Physical Therapy (practicing since 2011), Michael brings a unique set of skills to Metamorphosis CCT, allowing him to simplify complex leadership or communication issues and distill them into practical, easy-to-follow steps for achieving desired outcomes.
Michael is a gifted teacher. He makes complex topics simple and easy to apply. He develops training systems to help people succeed at what they want in their lives in an efficient and effective way.

Meet Nikki
Nikki is a relational butterfly and all about people. She adds warmth and enthusiasm to every training, and a load of fun.
She loves creating unique and memorable experiences for our clients and is an expert in human dynamics and relationships.
Additionally, she has extensive experience in healthcare systems in various cities around the U.S. She is a champion negotiator, communicator, and advocate.
Nikki’s degree and background is in Broadcast News. She also holds a Master’s in Counseling, which has given her a passion for people.
