- Week 2-3: Saboteur Interceptor Muscle. In these weeks, you will learn about the “Saboteurs”—the negative thoughts and limiting beliefs that try to trick you and hold you back. You’ll uncover the lies they tell and see how they can hurt your life. Then you’ll practice spotting them right away so they don’t take over your thoughts, feelings, or actions.
- Week 4-6: Sage Muscle. In these weeks, you will discover the 5 Sage Powers: Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate, and Activate. These powers help you see problems and challenges in a new way—as gifts and chances to grow. You’ll practice using these powers to turn tough situations into something good.
